She
She is an ongoing series of black and white portraits of women — intimate, spiritual, and quietly powerful.
Printed on Hahnemühle Bamboo, the works take on an ethereal quality, where softness and strength coexist.
Each piece carries titles such as Sacred Longing, Touch More, Spirit — fragments of a language that speaks to feminine presence, desire, and transcendence.
I am hoping to convey an embodiment of something deeper: a felt sense of the sacred women woven into the everyday tht can transport the viewer.
Though distinct, “She” flows into my other series — Longing and Meet Me in My Hiding — complementing their abstract seascapes and dreamlike textures with figurative portraiture. When exhibited together they explore the thresholds between intimacy and vastness, body and spirit, vulnerability and empowerment. She is less about individual stories than about a shared essence: a reminder of the beauty, resilience, and mystery held within the feminine.
